I always seem to make new friends wherever I go. Ask the missus… they’re usually short, fluffy, slightly needy and absolutely delighted to see me 😂

To be fair, I’m exactly the same with them.

Pub? Spot the dog.
Coffee shop? Find the dog.
Out for a walk? Definitely talking to someone else’s dog before I’ve even said hello to the owner. 🤣

I genuinely love dogs. Big ones, little ones, bonkers ones, nervous ones, muddy ones… usually more than people if I’m being completely honest 👀😂🐶

So yes… everywhere I goooo… doggies always find meeeee 🎶

And I wouldn’t have it any other way. 💚🐾

Hi,

Here to introduce myself, you may have seen my van around Norden for the past many years, so “hello” I’m Gav 👋🏼 Norden’s local, reliable dog entertainer… sorry, dog walker 😂🐾

Although if I’m being fair, dog walking is only part of what I do.

I genuinely love dogs. Big ones, little ones, nervous ones, overexcited ones, puppies with absolutely no brakes and older dogs who prefer life at a more sensible pace.

I’m based locally in Norden, and alongside dog walking I’m also a qualified dog behaviourist. So I can help with 1-2-1 behaviour sessions, training, puppy support, home visits and those little doggy habits that are driving you slightly round the bend 😅

I get to know every dog properly, their personality, their quirks, what they love, what they’re unsure of and what helps them feel safe and confident.

Because dogs need more than just a walk.
They need routine, stimulation, patience, boundaries, confidence and someone who genuinely cares about them.

And I do. A lot. Probably too much if you ask my family 😂

So if you’re in Norden, Bamford or nearby and you’re looking for someone experienced, reliable, kind and very dog obsessed, give me a shout.
