I cannot stress how important this is for curly coated dogs. All your Cavapoos, cockapoos, labradoodles, poodles even bichons.
If you cant comb through the coat (and you have to comb from the skin not just skim over the top) then your dog will HAVE to be clipped right down.
I have lost customers over this in the past as they are in disbelief that their pet was heavily matted
Believe me its harder to clip a matted dog right back than leave it nice and ‘fluffy’
PLEASE BRUSH YOUR DOGS

Hi all
Just a quick one regarding cancellations…
I have had 2 last minute cancellations in the past week
Both with a couple of hours notice
I totally understand sometimes things happen that are out of our control but as im a small business this does affect me as i cant fill the slot last minute & i have clients waiting for these appointments so im losing money
So going forward 1st cancellation(within 24 hours of app time) no charge…
2nd cancellation (within the 24hrs app time) full groom cost plus the next appointment will have to be paid in full at least 48 hours before scheduled appointment or it will be cancelled
I will be compiling a full terms & conditions document and sending it to everyone in the next few days
I hate having to do this but i have been left with no choice
