Hello everyone,
It is with a very heavy heart that I am writing to let you know that I will be leaving the practice on 2nd October.
This has been an incredibly difficult decision to make. After what has been a very tough year personally, I have found it increasingly difficult to continue working in the practice where Keely and I shared so much of our lives together.
I would like to say a huge and heartfelt thank you to all of the clients who sent their condolences following Keely’s passing, and to everyone who took the time to share such kind and lovely words about my special Keely. I honestly don’t think she would ever have believed just how loved she was by so many people, and I know how much it would have meant to her to know how many lives she touched.
I would also like to thank everyone who asked after me, got in touch, or sent their well wishes during my absence this year. Knowing that so many of you were thinking of me and cared about how I was doing meant a great deal to me.
I am incredibly proud of the practice that Keely and I built together. From the very beginning, we wanted to create somewhere that was friendly, welcoming and, above all, put our patients’ health and wellbeing at the forefront of everything we did. I am so proud that we have been able to build a fantastic team who continue to share those values while providing the high level of care and customer service that our clients deserve.
I was once told that Keely and I were always meant to do it together, and I think that was right. Building the practice alongside her was one of the greatest privileges of my life, and I will always be immensely proud of what we achieved together.
It has also been a pleasure to get to know so many of you over the years. The relationships I have built with clients has been one of the most rewarding parts of being at the practice, and I will always be grateful for the trust and support you have shown us.
Although I will be leaving the practice, I won’t be disappearing completely. I will still be visiting as a client myself, so I hope that I will still bump into many of you from time to time.
Thank you
James
