A massive thank you to those that have started to use the software App for their pets.
I have had a few questions and of course happy to answer. if your question isnt below, then pop me a message.
Q: I have already booked my cats in with you, do i need to book again with the App?
A: For your booking to show when you look at the calender, you will need to request the booking on the system.
But if you dont your booking is in my diary.
Q: You walk my dog during the week, do i now need to book the walks through the App?
A: By all means, if you want to, then do it. But your walks are all logged in my diary.
Q: Im changing vets soon, shall i wait?
A: You can go into your pets profile and make any changes at any time. Vets info is so important for me, so put details in now and change once you change vets.
Q: Can everyone see my booking?
A: No. I have diasbled this for two reasons. 1, you would struggle to find your pet through all the others. 2, I didnt want any details being on show. But looking at it, i think its just the pets name being shown.
Please fill in as much information as possible. Even down to your address. I currently have 3 Simbas, 4 Alfies , 3 Bellas, 4 Freddies on the books and it helps to tell them apart.
Vet , Emergency contacts and small details are very important.
