To help you keep an eye on your cat’s weight at home you can use the body condition score chart which is on our Advice Library on the website 🐈‍⬛

Have any concerns? Book a nurse consultation to have your cat weighed, and to discuss their diet. This appointment is included if you’re already a healthy cat plan member 😺

⚠️ CAT FOUND - RUSHOLME ⚠️

This lovely young female b&w cat was found dumped in a carrier on the corner of Victory Street & Clairmont Road. She is not microchipped.

She was clearly left there deliberately but in case she's part of a domestic or ownership dispute and her owner wants her back then please get in touch.

We aren't taking rehoming enquiries at this stage as we already have some interest if her owner doesn't come forward.

✨New Team Member✨

We’d like to introduce you to our newest member of Team MCC. Dr Georgina Mann started with us in July and has settled in amazingly well! Gina spent time with us as a vet student before graduating from the University of Nottingham. We’re so happy to have her back as a permanent employee 😎

Gina enjoys feline medicine, surgical work and has a special interest in teaching, with a postgraduate certificate in Veterinary Education.

Before becoming a vet, Gina worked in hospitality and really values building trusting relationships with her clients and patients 🐾

Outside of work she loves music, good coffee, knitting and spending time with her handsome cat Beetle 🐈‍⬛

Ellie has had the pleasure of visiting Battersea Dogs & Cats Home today with our friends at Pet Proactive Insurance and some other independent practice owners, after Pet Proactive won a charity auction for a private tour with Battersea supporters Amanda Holden & David Gandy 😺

Thank you very much to Liz & Alex from Pet Proactive for the invitation, it's been amazing to see the work done for rescue pets at Battersea and have a little trip down to the capital while our fantastic team hold the fort at MCC!
