It is with the heaviest of hearts that I share the heartbreaking news that our beautiful Eric has crossed the rainbow bridge. 🌈💔
First and foremost, my heart goes out to his wonderful parents, who have lost their precious baby boy. Thank you for trusting Barkchester to care for him and for giving me the privilege of knowing and loving truly one of the most special dogs I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting.
Eric really was one in a million. The most gorgeous, cuddly, happy boy, with so much love to give. He’d have cuddled a lion if you’d let him, as you can see from the pictures. A small gap, and he’s in it ❤️ He was so full of life, joy and personality, and being around him was guaranteed to make your day that little bit brighter.
I adored our time together. From the excitement of his weekly walks, racing to the door and bounding into the van, to all the cuddles and adventures when he came to stay. I always used to say that the worst part of having Eric was having to give him back. If I could have kept him forever, I would have ❤️
Losing Eric has been absolutely heartbreaking. Dogs leave paw prints on your heart that will never fade, and Eric was undoubtedly one of them.
My beautiful boy, I hope there’s the cosiest blanket waiting for you up there, endless adventures to be had and all the cuddles you could ever wish for.
Thank you for all the love, laughter and happiness you brought into my life and the pack’s. I will never, ever forget you.
I miss you and love you so much, Eric. Sleep tight, gorgeous boy. 🌈🐾
