It's BIG THANK YOU time from Hounds Raw Food in relation to our freezer crisis last week. We had lots of offers of freezer space from our lovely customers which was really fantastic and you all earn my gratitude. My saviours were Tash & Craig at paw pantry emporium who gave up valuable freezer space of 200 boxes of food which was diverted to them on the morning of the break down. Richard at Rescue refrigeration who, stacked out with work, came quickly, found the problem and fixed it early Saturday on morning so we could get our stock back to be ready today. Simon from coolbox hire, delivered a trailer freezer to us very quickly and saved our stock. We could have had a real disaster last week but it was averted by some great people. Thank you to you
all.

Good Afternoon folks
Just an update on our freezer situation, we are having repairs done tomorrow and should be back to normal on Tuesday. We will need to close early on Saturday at 1pm to get a van to get our stock back from those lovely people at paw pantry empawrium. Many thanks to Tash & Craig who lent me a paddle while I was in sh@ # creek. So closed from 1pm tomorrow, thank you for your patience and understanding.

Morning Folks
Not a great day so far! We have our walk in freezer down and a delivery on the way. This has been diverted. We are still open but short on southcliffe until hopefully tomorrow. My better half will be here while I'm away for a few hours. It can only get better from here!?
