Can I please address a few things! 1st- thank you to everyone working with me and their pups during this relentless heat! 2nd) Please know, as a self employed, single parent, with no family in the UK- delaying, deferring and rebooking apts is the most, last minute, option for me! 3rd) these rebookings are based on a) Your dogs welfare b) my insurance options/policies 26°+ puts your dog at risk of heatstroke, seizure, stroke, extreme dehydration which my pli will not cover c) my own physical health- I have a heart defect that is greatly affected by how long I stand each day and dehydration . If your dog is elderly, anxious and/or brachycephalic these risks run exceptionally high! Thank you to those who have been incredibly understanding. To those who have put the phone down on me, yelled at me, and challenged my credentials... hope this clarifies.

Just a polite reminder that Groucho's will be closed from July 12th- July 27th. All inquiries will be addressed on the 27th. Thanks Jenn x

☆Polite notice for this week's appointments☆
I've done my best to reschedule and accommodate grooms this week.. However, if you notice your apt is booked past 12pm and I've not contacted you please get in touch to rebook. I will be working Sundays for the next few weeks to sort your pooches! Thanks, Jenn

☆Just a polite notice to all my clients☆ Please be mindful of your upcoming appointments and daily forecast/temp! Grooming will not be safe for your pups with temperatures exceeding 26°. I will do my best to ensure all appointments are fulfilled, whether this requires: re-scheduling to cooler days, rough-clipping and bathing but no drying, or rescheduling to morning appointments only. I apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause, but as always, your animal's welfare is my #1 priority!
Thanks, Jenn xx
