This is Toto and her owner. I was warned that I might have my work cut out with Toto, at 10 years of age and a house move, Toto was becoming a problem in her new surroundings. Highly reactive with other dogs at their local park and pulling on the lead non stop. We had a real breakthrough on this session, she looked at another dog and immediately looked back at Sue for a reward!!! 🤩 This has been conditioned and is now becoming more frequent. We’re a way off ‘fixing’ her reactivity but this was a HUGE step in the right direction. Well done Toto 👏, who says you can’t teach an old dog new tricks!!!

A little reminder for 1:1 sessions 🐾
Firstly, thank you to everyone who makes the effort to arrive on time for their sessions — it really is appreciated.
I’ve had a number of people arriving 20–25 minutes early recently. While I completely understand wanting to be punctual, arriving this early can have quite a big knock-on effect.
My 1:1 sessions are carefully scheduled, and if two clients arrive 20 minutes early in the same day, that can mean 40 minutes less time with my own dogs.
We also have limited space in the car park, so early arrivals can create congestion when one session is coming to an end.
So, just a gentle reminder:
🐾 Please don’t arrive more than 10 minutes before your scheduled session.
🐾 Please don’t let your dog out of the car without my instruction.
Most importantly, this is my home as well as my workplace. I absolutely love what I do and I’m very grateful to be able to do it from home, but I also need to protect the time and space I have here for my own dogs and my family.
Thank you for understanding and helping me keep things running smoothly for everyone. ❤️
