Just a reminder Stacey is now on a well deserved holiday for 9 days and I will still be working but alone so times may vary especially on the weekends when Iv got my little not so much helper with me! If you do want nail trims you can pop in but would much appreciated if you call before to select a good time if possible. If you have a 4pm appointment your pick up will be 5.30pm and this must be met as I have to leave to collect Princeton by 6pm from nursery Monday to Thursday. If you plan for 6pm as per usual I can secure your dog and pop back for you, my pick up is just round the corner. Just let me know and il share this in your reminder texts.

🛑Cancellation policy🛑 on your intake forms states our cancellation policy.... 24 hours notice.... In 11 years I can count on one hand who we have charged for this! Because we are so lucky in always having a list of people wanting YOUR appointment. All I need is time! Usually a couple of hours if a 9am appointment then the day before. In some circumstances I can swap appointments oviously normally sooner than later. But we are enforcing this policy as we are so busy. We send reminders and have lots of people waiting for an appointment so no shows will not be tolerated and charged. Pic is beautiful Luna ❤️
