Well you have truly spoiled me this year! It’s been a difficult year for many reasons but I’m incredibly grateful to have you all as my customers, not judging my terrible admin skills and understanding my delays getting back to your messages 💜🎄 🐶

Well I have just returned from the USA where I had the pleasure of assisting other UK groomers with the beautiful Gypsy for Groom Expo Hershey. I have learnt so much on this trip that I can’t wait to apply in my work and be a better groomer for all your dogs 🐶 💜
I will try to get back to all your messages as soon as I can while I fight my jet lag so please be patient with me 🐩✌️

This lockdown seems to once again be going on forever!
I know you have all been working hard at home to keep your dog's coat in good condition but with the terrible weather I'm aware this likely becoming a struggle.
I am permitted to open for specific welfare purposes, however these are very strict and we are subject to inspection and a fine if we do not comply. With this in mind, I have created a form you can fill online if you have welfare concerns for your dog. If the criteria is met I will contact you and arrange an appointment, otherwise I will do all I can to assist and advise from a distance.

I am very sorry to once again have to announce I will be closing my business due to Covid-19 and government lockdown. This is not how I wanted to start the year but is unfortunately what must be done. As before I will be in contact with you individually if you have an appointment booked and I will work hard once I am open again to ensure everyone can return as soon as possible.
I am very grateful to all of you who have, and continue to support my business and please know I am here to answer any concerns you may have.
I will repost the previous videos I made on maintenance at home to help through this time.
I have everything crossed that this will be the final hurdle and I can soon return to the job I love.
