Do you have an adolescent puppy that’s starting to become hard work?
We can help…
Puppy ‘youth’ club - A group for older puppies up to approx 24 months of age.
Older puppies have different needs to younger pups as they are going through adolescence which isn’t much fun for owners! They have the energy and build of an adult dog but can’t yet have the exercise of an adult dog and so often when mental stimulation is lacking they become a little challenging!
This class is a regular weekly class for as long as you wish to keep training your puppy/dog.
We will cover things like:
Age appropriate obedience,
Recalls,
Problem solving,
Tricks,
Games and life skills,
Socialisation experiences,
Outdoor training,
Taster sessions for various activities
Ways to provide mental stimulation at home
Problem behaviours (please note we can not deal with reactivity issues in a class)
…and more!
Wednesday evenings starting on
28th Oct 2026 at 8.30pm
This will an 8 week block and is £100 for 8 weeks.
Puppies need to have completed some basic training first (not necessarily with us)

** Training Spaces Available **

We have a couple of competing dog spaces available (or none competing with good skills)
Wednesday 7pm - 1 space (Grade1-4)
Thursday 8.40pm - 2 spaces (Grade 3+)

Both at Leybourne Riding stables, ME19 5HZ with Lisa.

We also have some young dog spaces on a Tuesday evening with Jennifer and competing dogs G3+ on a Wednesday 12pm

Please get in touch if you are interested in a regular space.

for some/all of the following:

Thursday morning 9.30am-11.30am (temporary until Jan)
Friday evening 6.30pm - 9.30pm (from Jan)
Saturday - Time tbc but late morning/early afternoon - ASAP start and permanent

We are hiring General Dog Training, Agility & Hoopers Instructors. Happy to consider one person for multiple roles or split roles where needed.
Start date can be flexible to an extent. These are self employed positions paid by the hour.

Come and join our next Movement Games foundation!

What is Movement Games?
Movement Games are fun exercises where the dog moves between 2 bowls or targets and does each exercise independently, without handler assistance.Rather than focusing purely on completing an obstacle or achieving a particular behaviour, the exercises encourage the dog to think about how they move, where they place their feet and how they adjust their body to different movement challenges.
The games can involve changes in direction, navigating around objects, stepping over or onto surfaces, moving through spaces, balancing, turning, backing up and finding different routes. The dog is encouraged to work things out rather than simply being directed through the exercise.
