Do you know what a full groom with me entails? (Not necessarily in this order depending on breed)
EVERY DOG IS BATHED TWICE, with high a quality shampoo, that enrichs the coat, clenses and deodorises and is free from harsh chemicals. Most have a conditioning treatment.
DRIED And PREPPED thoroughly. This may involve De-tangling, brushing and stretching coat straight for poodles and Doodles.
STRIPPING AND CLIPPING. Each dogs groom is tailored to their coat type and condition. A prime example of this would be a spaniel, an entire not nuetured spaniel is most often hand stripped/deshedded but wirh age and nueturing this approach isn't always possible because it would cause pain, so a clip is more suited to this dog.
SCISSOR TIDY, this involves tidying ears, toes, feathers and blend where necessary to make the coat smooth and seamless.
NAIL AND SANITRY TRIM. Yes I often need to trim your dogs private area, so they they comfortable, keep clean and keep it classy.... don't no one want to be looking at too much exposure 🫣 Alot of dogs need their nails trimmed.
This takes time, I often have to work with the dog infront of me, from dogs that act like statues to tap dancers and singers. This is why a groom with me takes more than 40 minutes but I promise to keep it as short as I can for your dogs sake.
