Lovely work from this group yesterday!

This exercise we watched a mark, then heeled to a different send point to practice steadiness. Then blinds were placed back to the mark area and the handlers walked back over to where they watched the mark from!

What a weekend! 🐾

First Paley of 2026, 22 dogs, 11 hours of teaching, 26.5k steps, 21.5km covered!

We covered, marks, memories, hunting and holding an area, blinds with distractions, a 200m blind over a brow and lots of laughs!

Super impressed with all the dogs and handlers this weekend!

I have a couple of spaces left in out spaniel course, starting the 1st March!

Suitable for all spaniel or spaniel X breeds. Dogs must be at a novice training level - have heard shot, stop/sit whistle, have a basic hunting pattern and basic directions.

The best season, with my favourite people!

I’m lucky enough to head this fabulous team! I am so incredibly proud of you all .cocker.and.co along with some help from helping out when I was off for my operation ❤️

Thank you to and Jonny for trusting me with running your picking up team!

This season I managed to get all the girls out to pick up, Lainey had he first few drives, Bonnie had some amazing runners, Ava cleaned up and swept after the busy drives finding birds in all sorts of places and a belter of a runner on the first day that she tracked about 600yards from field to woods! Fern came and sat steady on peg, and twiggy experienced the day in the truck, hunting between drives and the shoot barn socialising!

Cannot wait for next season already!

Lainey 💛

I’m so pleased with her, she’s had her first day out picking up, she was brilliant, sat through 3 drives, nice and steady. On and off lead. Had 4 lovely retrieves and hunting nicely with others.
