Three Counties Show - we had a blast !
It was lovely to see so many of you enjoying a day out.
The Carriage Driving got going early as did we - we saw some super experienced and polished turnouts , in the excercise classes, side by side with some more novice and young drivers.
Scurry was thrilling and well run as always.
Heavy horses in harness spectacular !
Lots of shopping , Ariat now own me! 🙈🙈
Good food , pony club for Mila to watch show jumping and fun at the fairground
The boys enjoyed the machinery ( and the STIHL cap giveaway!)
There really is something for everyone.
Thankyou those of you who joined us … sorry I messed up where I stood at lunchtine so if I missed you by the time I realised and walked down .. I had my map upside down 🥸🥸

For those coming to Three Counties Show
Here is a list of Driving classes , which are in the main ring and Ledbury Ring on Sunday , I am sure you will all enjoy a great variety ( I don’t know how I will find time to see the rest of the show!)

I have attached a Map with a Red ‘X’ near the main ring on the equestrian side ( not too far from food vendors)
Scurry is at midday (12.00) in the main ring so I’m thinking that would be a great place for us to meet , eat if you are hungry , and enjoy the spectacle of some super fast cones!

Please send me £22.85 per adult ticket , (children are free but do need a ticket) for 3 Counties Show,

Who is still interested in coming? Sunday 14th June offers Private driving & Scurry so a better option for our group than Saturday
We need 10 adults for the discount so put a comment below how many tickets you need for adults or children
We can all meet up for a group lunch 😁

Lessons with a Kathryn Howard on 25th July are postponed as she has been called for an operation
I will decide whether to go ahead with other activities at Usk on this date within the next fortnight - I will speak to the college and consider bio security in the current climate.

I will run a group drive from my yard in July/ August please make sure your vaccinations are upto date they will be required

RIP Sully
Very sad to see CiRa Sullivan’s boots in the stirrups of her horse , caparisoned , taking one last backward look at her troops and family as she will ride no more. A talented young equestrian life lost in such tragic circumstances at Windsor Show
