Evaporation increases rapidly in the heat. When topping up always use a Pond Dechlorinator to neutralise harsh tap water chemicals that can distress fish!

Monitor water quality by testing it frequently for ammonia, nitrite and pH. The rapid decay of organic matter in warm weather can lead to dangerous spikes!
