🐾💚 Little Sandy’s first visit to Madra on the Mount! 💚🐾

Sweet little Sandy the Chihuahua popped in today for a nail trim and a little introduction to her new grooming salon. 🐶✨

The idea was to let Sandy have a chance to get comfortable with her new surroundings and see how she felt about the experience and what a little star she was! 🥰 She was so well-behaved and took it all in her stride. 💚

Sometimes it’s the little visits that make all the difference in helping our four legged friends feel safe, settled and confident. 🐾

Well done, Sandy! You were an absolute wee angel. 💚

🎃✨ Molly is back at Madra on the Mount! ✨🎃

Gorgeous Molly the Bichon was back in for a lovely wash & blow dry today. 🛁🐾

Fresh, fluffy and looking beautifully pampered, she was ready for her after photo, complete with the cutest little Halloween bandana! 👻🎃

Always lovely to see Molly back in the salon. 💚

🐾 Ollie’s puppy groom journey 🐾

Nearly 5 months old and today was all about learning, building trust and creating positive grooming experiences rather than achieving a perfect finish. 💚

Ollie did really well with lots of the experience, but he found having his face groomed a little more difficult and that’s completely okay. 🥰

His Mummy was given some tips and advice on things they can gently work on at home, helping Ollie become more comfortable with having his face, ears and other areas handled before his next visit.

Because puppy grooms aren’t about expecting a puppy to stand perfectly still and tolerate everything straight away.

They’re about discovering what they’re comfortable with, identifying the areas that need a little more work and helping them gradually learn that grooming is nothing to be afraid of. 🐶✂️

Every puppy is different and sometimes the biggest success is simply a puppy relaxing, having cuddles and finishing their appointment feeling happy. ❤️

Well done Ollie, this is just the beginning of your grooming journey! 🐾

🎂🐾 11 years young! 🐾🎂

We had the absolute pleasure of spending Kiaser’s 11th birthday week with him, giving this handsome British Bulldog the special pamper he deserved. ❤️

A lovely bath, plenty of fuss, cuddles and, of course, lots of attention for our birthday boy. 🛁🐶✨

Kiaser is such a gorgeous, gentle character, and it was so lovely to help him celebrate his special day with a little bit of me time. 🥰

🐾 Rex was back at Madra on the Mount Grooming today for his second groom! 🐶✂️

This handsome German Shepherd was just as good as the first time around and left looking very handsome and feeling fresh. 🖤

While waiting for his mummy, Rex got to have a little wander, hang out with Jasper 🐾 and enjoy some of the views from the Mount. ⛰️🌿

Not a bad way to spend an afternoon! 🥰
