We completely understand that life gets busy and things can come up unexpectedly! 🙏

However, with a recent rise in no-shows and last-minute cancellations, we’re losing out on significant income — and it also means we can’t offer those slots to the many people on our waiting list who are desperate for appointments. 🐾

So just a gentle reminder: please let us know more than 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. This policy includes not showing up and not contacting us at all.

From now on:
➡️ Less than 24 hours' notice, no-shows, or missed appointments without contact = prepayment required for all future bookings + a possible cancellation fee.

What a special boy — a rescue German Shepherd in for his very first ever spa day today! 🥹✨

And honestly? He was perfect. So gentle, so calm — what a superstar! 😇

It makes our hearts so happy to see how he’s landed on his feet in his wonderful new home — he’s blossoming into such a happy, waggy, confident boy! You can just tell he knows he’s safe and loved now 🥹🐶

Gorgeous Welsh Sheepdog Evie popped in today for a thorough deshed and a light tidy-up – we kept her coat completely natural, just neatening things up and getting rid of all that loose fur ✨

She was such an absolute good girl from start to finish, so calm and well-behaved the whole time! Looking lovely and feeling so much lighter now 💛

🐾 Say hello to Garry! 🐾

Our lovely wire-haired dachshund Garry popped in today for his second ever puppy groom, and what a little character he is! He was absolutely full of beans from the moment he walked through the door, all wags and curious little sniffs around the salon. Although a little wriggly – we can’t blame him, there’s just so much to explore! – he was such a good boy throughout his whole groom, taking everything in his tiny stride 💛

His wiry coat is looking fantastic, and he left looking even more handsome than when he arrived. We loved having you visit again Garry – can’t wait for your next trip!
