This is Ameila Ward on Bryn 🐴. Ameila came to Oldhamswood around 2008/9 to loan a pony because hers was bucking her off not matter what they tried to do to help him. They brought Freddie to me and we quickly and calmly sorted things, in no time she was out competing and winning. They quickly became part of the yard family but eventually moved away. They brought me a lovely leaving gift and alway stayed in touch. I hadn’t seen Ameila or her mum Sandra for 14 years until the weekend at the Veteran horse society champs 😃 hugs and catching up to start, then Ameila helped with the two young riders with us from Oldhamswood without hesitation ❤️ and mentioned she’d always wanted a ride on Bryn but she was too young at the time so we booked her on the hunter class. She hopped on with only 10 minutes to get to know him 😃 she rode him beautifully 😍 I was so proud to watch them both. She came 4th in a strong class with some beautifully turned out hunters. Well done Ameila 😍 Hope it’s not 14 years before we catch up again 😍🤩.
