With another no show from a new client today despite a text reminder last night and not returning my calls today, it is now my policy to take non refundable deposits from new clients to confirm their booking. This is becoming a regular occurance and so unfair on a small business like mine. I don't understand people's mentality of making appointments and not having the decency to cancel if they can't make it. So please be aware non refundable deposits for new clients is now my policy.

Our enforcement team at East Lindsey District Council issued a £100 Fixed Penalty Notice after a dog walker allowed their dog to foul and failed to pick it up on High Street in Sutton on Sea. The incident was witnessed and the FPN has been paid.
