🐶Getting older shouldn’t mean getting uncomfortable.
☹️Does your dog take longer to get up in the morning or hesitate before jumping into the car or onto the sofa?
😣It is tempting to put this down to old age, but they can be signs of pain.
😮💨Osteoarthritis is a very common cause of stiffness in older dogs - but we don’t need to automatically accept it as part of aging.
♥️There are ways to manage joint pain and improve quality of life - such as changes to exercise, weight management, adaptations at home, and medication where appropriate.
