Have you ever heard someone say, "this is my heart dog", "this is my heart cat", or "this is my heart horse"? I'm really lucky because I hear this most days, in my life as an animal communicator and healer. It can be so incredibly affirming to share this deep emotional connection with an animal in your life. What I've noticed though, is that guardians who are experiencing this connection, can often be concerned about whether or not their animal is truly happy.

This is where the magic of animal communication can help! You can connect with your heart animal through me and find out how they are and what they need. This frequently brings relief, as well as deepening the connection even further, promoting increased feelings of joy and security in the heart led relationship.

Summer is beautiful but it does come with its challenges for our animals 🌿

It's only Thursday and it's been a very hot and beautiful week. I've been blessed with meditation opportunities in nature, early in the mornings while there is still a cool breeze. Taking those moments to recentre, renew and replenish sets me up for my days of animal communication, healing and supporting animal guardians. It's been a busy week with a beloved family dog undergoing surgery, advising on how to keep your dog or cat cool in a heatwave, supporting animal guardians when their animal is in crisis, seeking out a cat who had gone awol in the heat, tuning in on the wishes of a grieving cat, connecting with 3 kittens, supporting a dog in season, helping with the relationship between 2 dogs and holding space for emotions to surface and express. I feel very blessed to have the opportunity to connect with animals in this way and to share their messages with their guardians.

Animals are incredibly intuitive. Even before the suitcase comes out, they can pick up on the shift in energy that comes with holiday planning and for sensitive souls, that can be the start of the anxiety.
