I just wanted to take a moment to share a friendly reminder with all my clients ahead of your visits. This is to help everything run as smoothly, safely, and efficiently as possible for both yourselves and everyone else coming and going.
When arriving for drop-offs and collections, please make sure to use the driveway provided for parking. This space is there specifically for client use and helps avoid congestion, keeps access clear, and ensures that both vehicles and pedestrians can move around safely. Parking considerately really does make a big difference, especially during busier times of the day.
I’d also like to kindly but firmly remind everyone that, for safety reasons, all dogs must be kept on a lead at all times when arriving and leaving the premises. This is a non-negotiable policy and is in place to protect your dogs, other dogs, clients, and anyone nearby. Even the calmest and most well-behaved dogs can react unpredictably in new or stimulating environments, so keeping them on a lead helps prevent any potential issues before they arise.
These guidelines are not about being strict—they are simply there to ensure a safe, calm, and positive environment for everyone involved. Your cooperation and understanding genuinely help things run smoothly and allow me to provide the best possible service to all clients.
