We all love a nice-smelling home, but many conventional air fresheners contain fragrances, volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and other chemicals that are released into the air we and our pets breathe.

And unlike us, our pets spend much more time closer to the floor, where sprays, diffusers and scented products can settle. They also have a much stronger sense of smell than we do, meaning those fragrances can be far more intense for them.
