Running my cleaning and pet services business is how I pay my bills, and lately things have become really slow. I've also had a few last-minute cancellations, which can have a huge impact on a small business like mine.
If you've been thinking about booking a cleaner, need someone to care for your pets, or know someone who does, I'd be so grateful if you could recommend me or share this post.

Every booking, recommendation, and share really does make a difference.

Just a quick notice to all our lovely customers 💙

We completely understand that sometimes plans change and things come up unexpectedly. If you do need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice where possible.

As a small business, appointments are planned in advance and last-minute cancellations often mean we’re unable to fill that space, which has a big impact on our schedule and income.
Because of this, cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged at 20% of the booked job cost.

We really appreciate your understanding and continued support — it helps us keep providing reliable cleaning and pet services to all our wonderful clients 🐶✨
