πŸ’ Saturday 4th July πŸ’

🐴 I had the great pleasure of being asked by some good friends of mine to chaperone on their special day at the venue with their beautiful horse and cart. 🐴

πŸ’“This day truly did not disappoint.πŸ’“

So:
We started with a 4am wake up to be at the venue with both horse and cart for 6:30am to attend the first trial run.
Once this had finished the bride was then whisked away for makeup and hair leaving 🐎VICTOR🐎 in my trusty hands to get his wedding makeup and hair done too.

πŸ’I dressed the cart with some ribbons and other finishing touches and got him all tacked up, ready and waiting, to then take the beautiful bride to be to the isle. πŸ’

While myself and my amazing groom waited at the ceremony, β€œJust Married” banners was then added and off the new couple went for their first ride together as husband & wife. 🀡 πŸ‘°

πŸ“Έ Final photos and videos was then to be completed and after all of this it was then time for Victor to be untacked and taken home. πŸ“Έ

πŸ₯•Much deserved carrots and apples was given🍎

🏑 Popped Victor back where he loved the most….. his grass field, with his horsey friend and he was then done for the day 🏑

πŸ™πŸ» Non of this would have been achieved without great friends and family who lent a helping hand every step of the way. πŸ™πŸ»

🀍 Days like this make you truly realise that:
-showing up does matter
-being reliable does matter
And most of All
-being caring and compassionate brings you some truly amazing opportunities in life that you can cherish forever.

I’ve been doing pop in visits to Maris ever since she’s been a little puppy and dogs like her make you realise why you do the job.

So many more reasons, but the one-to-one bond that you grow with these dogs it’s so special.
