Thankfully it doesn’t happen often but please if you make an appointment with us and you no longer need or want it a simple message to cancel is all it takes. Especially when I send reminders the day or night before 😬.
We’re currently working through a cancellation list and working extra to accommodate regulars and could have filled the space! 😒

Loss of earnings and a waste o precious time for us 😬
At least sunny thought it was his birthday and Christmas in one go getting a spa day instead 😆

UPDATE ON APPOINTMENTS 🐶
Alot of you will know I had to cancel alot of appointments last week due to being unwell 🥺
Getting everyone booked back in to keep ur schedules has been challenging 😂 especially with a fully booked diary 🤦‍♀️
