📢 Price Update – Effective Monday 6th April 2026

To continue providing high-quality care and services, there will be a small price increase from Monday 6th April (Booked appointments will remain at the agreed price)

Services & Prices:
• Nail clipping – £20
• Microchipping - £20
• A**l gland expression – £20
• Ear cleaning – £20
• Injection administration (e.g. Librella, Solensia) – £32
• Medication administration – from £17
• Bandage changes – from £27
• Pamper package (dogs: nail clip, ear clean, a**l glands) – £50
• Rabbit groom – £25
• Pet sitting – from £17 per visit
• Wedding chaperone service - POA

Grooming:
• Cat grooming (brush, de-matting if needed, 30 mins, more intensive) – £65
• Tick removal – £15

📌 New Policies for pet sitting:
• A 20% non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking, if the pet sit totals £100 or more (this will be deducted from the final balance)
• Full payment must be made on or before the first day of the pet sit (via cash left at the property or bank transfer)

📌 Cancellation Policy:
• A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for appointment cancellations
• Pet sits less than 7 days require 3 days notice of cancellation, longer than one week require 7 days notice of cancellation
• Late cancellations may be subject to a 50% charge of the total service cost

Key point to note: I do offer grooming as a service, this is basic grooming, removing shed hair, clipping outs mats. I’m not a trained groomer so unable to perform anything more than this 😊
