Enrichment activates like trick training, provide a part of the dogs overall well being. My opinion. All dogs need in enrichment. Provides structure, balance to the dogs life. This is a small part. All dogs have a prey drive. This can be addressed through outlet training. Give a dog a 'job'. Such as sheepballs, " urban herding' along side treiball. The flirt pole is another. This job gives positive reinforcement, focus structure a willingness to work with you. Helps elevate frustration/ boredom. Can help with anxiety issues too.
