You can now add unlimited SMS to your free plan for just £10 a month.

That’s unlimited clients, unlimited devices, unlimited bookings, deposits and payments… and now unlimited text reminders too.

Fewer no-shows, fewer “sorry, I forgot!” messages, and a lot less chasing.

To add it, go to Settings → Add-ons → Add SMS. Done.

Last-minute cancellation? Now you’ll know exactly who to call 📞🐾

Our new Earlier booking waitlist lets your clients tell you they’d happily come in sooner. Here’s how it works:

1️⃣ Switch it on in your Tuft settings (it’s off by default)
2️⃣ When clients book through the Tuft app, they can tick “Want something sooner?”
3️⃣ Check your Requests tab to see everyone who’s opted in, with their current booking, pet, services and phone number
4️⃣ When a slot opens up, give them a ring and move them forward

They’re listed in the order they joined, so you know who asked first. Their existing booking stays exactly as it is unless they choose to move it.

Fewer empty slots, happier clients, less scrolling through your contacts hoping someone’s free 🙌
