🏡Great to see the comedic campaign with The Double Agent, Nested Estate Agents, continue, after it was paused in March due to Covid-19.

Shot at the start of the year in Muswell Hill, the campaign was conceptualised by Neil A Dawson & Company, production by us, directed by our talented friend, Johnny Maginn with post-production by our friends Big Buoy. 👏🏻

Straight 8’s shootout is notoriously not for the cowardly. 👻

Throw self-isolation into the 2020 mix and the brief needed to be tackled totally differently. 🧠 🤔

But we’re never ones to shy away from a challenge. 😎

Our 2020 entry was written by James McLaughlin and George Messa, who enlisted upon the help of his housemates for cast and crew. 🎥

George starred and directed from inside the house, whilst James produced and tuned in on a zoom call from a car outside to advise.

Message from Gary Szabo, our group CEO.

All businesses are going to face difficult decisions as the impact of this extraordinary situation takes hold. As all our studios and facilities are now fully remote and installed in people’s homes, I realised we have a team of runners with nowhere to be.

Therefore, I’ve decided to keep them on full pay during this crisis, providing they volunteer for local NHS or foodbank support groups. I’m so proud that they have all volunteered.

By my reckoning, there are around 500 runners in our London community alone. I fully appreciate most are agency (as are mine) and you may have to let them go, but if you don’t–and they are the lowest paid people in the industry-then I urge as many of my colleagues who can to please do the same.

This is about protecting society as a whole right now, so please keep the messages of hope coming.

💛 To all of our lovely friends and clients. 💛

In these difficult times, us Rock Hounders wanted to say that we are still here for you. 🙋‍♀️

We’re fully functional (although slightly scattered around at the moment) and we appreciate stuff still needs to get done. 💪

We also continue to work alongside our post-production friends at Big Buoy and Smoke & Mirrors, whose 12 post studios in 9 countries all remain fully functional.

Whether it’s repurposing work or setting up pack shoots to drop into existing commercials, we’re happy to help❣️

Evidence shows that brands that continue to advertise through uncertain times emerge exponentially stronger in the long run and we continue to support this theory.

Keep creating, but most of all: keep healthy and safe.
