🐾 National Microchipping Month 💛 – A Little Chip That Makes a Big Difference

June is National Microchipping Month, a perfect reminder of how important microchipping is for keeping our furry family members safe.

📌 A quick reminder of the UK legal requirements:
• All dogs must be microchipped and registered on an approved database by 8 weeks old.
• Since 10 June 2024, all cats in England must also be microchipped and registered by 20 weeks old.
These laws were created to help lost pets get home quickly, safely, and with less stress — and they truly work.

💛 Why microchipping matters:
A microchip is a tiny, permanent way to link your pet back to you. If they ever get scared, slip a lead, or wander too far, it gives them the best chance of being reunited with the people they love most.

🔄 A gentle reminder:
Take a moment this month to double-check your pet’s microchip details with your provider.
If you’ve moved house, changed your number, or recently adopted a pet, updating the database is quick and makes a huge difference in an emergency.

We just wanted to remind everyone that although the temperatures have finally dropped a little (and we're all breathing and sleeping a bit better! 😅), they're expected to rise again this weekend.

Please remember to:
🐶 Walk your dogs early in the morning or later in the evening.
💧 Bring plenty of fresh water.
🌳 Stick to shady routes where possible.
🔥 Always check the pavement before heading out.

When the temperatures were soaring, we made sure everyone had plenty of ways to stay cool, comfortable, and entertained. From splashing in the pool and enjoying frozen treats to finding shady spots to relax, these pups certainly knew how to make the most of the heat wave. ☀️🐶

This handsome boy is Rumi, a 2.5-year-old Cockapoo who always brings plenty of fun and smiles wherever he goes! 💛

With his adorable white stripe on his forehead and matching white patch on his belly, Rumi has a look that's just as charming as his personality 🥰

He's a friendly, affectionate boy who loves being part of the action, whether that's making new furry friends, enjoying playtime, or soaking up all the fuss and attention he can get 🐶💕

We're always happy when Rumi comes to visit and can't wait for more adventures together! 🌿🐾

Say hello to Everest, a gorgeous 20-week-old Cockapoo puppy who's already stealing hearts everywhere he goes! 💛

Everest's beautiful silver merle coat makes him stand out from the crowd, with stunning shades of grey, a big black patch on his right ear, and the sweetest tan-coloured muzzle 🐶✨

Full of puppy curiosity and endless enthusiasm, he's always ready to explore, learn new things, and make friends along the way 🌿🐾

Watching young pups like Everest grow in confidence and discover the world is one of the best parts of the job, and we can't wait to see what adventures he gets up to next! 🥰

Today we celebrated Marty's 2nd birthday at daycare, and what a lovely day it was! 💙

A huge thank you to Marty's owner .girish for bringing a special birthday treat for all of Marty's friends to enjoy. 🎂🐶 Everyone was very happy to join in the celebrations!

It's been a little while since our last post, so we thought we'd pop back on your feed and say hello 👋💛

For anyone new here, I'm Tatiana, and these two lovely faces are Luna and Marty 🐶🐶

While we've been a bit quiet on social media, we've still been busy enjoying walks, daycare adventures, overnight stays, plenty of playtime, and of course lots of cuddles 🥰
