🌞 Heatwave Update 🌞

The welfare of your dogs and the safety of my team are always my top priorities, especially during periods of extreme heat.

To help keep everyone safe and comfortable, we will be operating reduced grooming hours from 7:30am to 11:30am (last dog admitted at 11:30am) on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday this week.

To keep temperatures as cool as possible, the salon is fully equipped with air conditioning and additional portable air conditioning units. I’ve also purchased cooling mats for all cages. Where possible, once dogs have finished their groom, they will be brought into the main shop area where it is much cooler. Portable crates will be erected to ensure dogs remain comfortable, cool and safe throughout their visit.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation while we take these extra precautions to protect both your dogs and our hardworking team. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

If your dog is booked in during this period, we would greatly appreciate prompt arrival and collection times. This helps us keep appointments running smoothly, minimise the time dogs spend travelling in the heat, and ensure all dogs remain comfortable throughout their visit.

🐾 Stay safe and keep cool! 🐾
