South Norwood Animal Rescue and Liberty - SNARL SNARL was set up as a rescue based in South Norwood, specialising in the rescue and rehabilitation of poorly treated, abused and ill cats and other animals.

SNARL is the only official organisation investigating the series of UK Animal Killer killings. SNARL was set up in 2014 after many many years of unofficial rescue and rehabilitation. Currently, I have 2 resident cats and 2 dogs with 14 cats in my care most of which are suitable for rehoming. When we can, we also try to support local residents in caring for their cats when they experience financial
