If you’ve see our previous post about our online booking system and new salon policies, we have had to alter the notice period if you need to cancel/reschedule an appointment. We now ask for 48hours notice beforehand. Thank you for understanding🤍🐾

✨ Online Booking Coming 1st April ✨

We’re excited to announce that from 1st April we will be introducing our new online booking system to make booking your dog’s grooming appointment quicker and easier for you! 🐾

Using the link in our bio, you’ll be able to:
• View available dates & times
• Select the service your dog needs
• Choose your preferred stylist

This gives you the freedom to book your appointment anytime, anywhere in just a few taps.

Prefer to book the old-fashioned way? No problem at all. You can still call the salon and we’ll happily book you in over the phone.

We can’t wait for you to try it and make booking your pup’s pamper even easier! 💕🐶

2. 🐾 Salon Cancellation Policy 🐾

To help keep our schedule running smoothly for all our clients and their pups, we will be introducing a cancellation policy.

If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or in the case of a no-show, a 50% fee of the booked service will apply. An invoice will be sent to your email and will need to be paid before booking any future appointments.
