Hydrotherapy Centre We are a pet hydrotherapy centre that is CHA registered. Rehabilitation harnesses & supports.

We also do dog grooming medicated baths , healthy pet foods training aids, beds, toys, collars & leads. Canine Acupuncture
Canine Therapeutic Massage are all available by appointment only.

⭐️Star of the week - Ted⭐️

This beautiful senior boy is Ted! He has been attending the centre regularly (for a year now) to help manage his deteriorating condition🐾

Ted is such a wonderful boy and is always so compliant for his underwater treadmill sessions! Alongside his hydrotherapy and physio, Ted also has acupuncture elsewhere to help support his mobility and overall comfort💪

When he’s not at the centre, Ted absolutely loves completing his physio exercises at home with his owner. He is such a superstar and always gives everything his best effort! All physio sessions also can’t be complete without his favourite turkey treats🦃

We absolutely love having Ted visit us and are so proud of how hard he works every week. Keep being amazing, Ted! 🏆

⭐️Star(s) of the week - Jamie & Arthur⭐️

This ham loving duo is Jamie and Arthur! These brothers both visit the centre for weekly pool swims🤿

Jamie initially started at the centre, attending to manage some painful joints. With a combination of the pool and ultrasound, he is now feeling much more comfortable! How many swims he completes depends purely on his mood for that day!

On the other hand, Arthur is more of a nervous boy. He lacks a lot of confidence but has settled in well (with help from his brother). Ham is also a great contributor, with the best swimming achieved when it is held in front of him as motivation🍖

These two have recently made amazing progress in the centre and have advanced greatly in regards to confidence and their condition. Well done Arthur & Jamie!!

⭐️Star of the week - Leo⭐️

This lovely Doberman is Leo! He has been making wonderful progress here at the centre considering he was unable to walk in June! Leo is a wonderful boy, who spoils all he meets with affection and kisses of course!

With a combined approach of owner dedication, physiotherapy and weekly sessions in the underwater treadmill, he is able to mobilise again. He is now starting to return to being the pub dog he always was.

Well done Leo, we are all so proud of your progress so far🏅

⭐️Star of the week - Gayla⭐️

This wonderful graceful Greyhound is called Gayla! Today she has turned 13 years old and decided to celebrate with a physio and cake session🎂

She has been attending the centre for years, managing to maintain her condition in the underwater treadmill. She has recently been trialling a more physiotherapy lead treatment plan and this change has been working wonders✨

Happy Birthday Gayla! We hope you enjoy the rest of your day sofa surfing and munching a pick n mix of treats!🥳

⭐️Star(s) of the week - Henry and Rocket⭐️

These two brothers have been an amazing duo to treat over the years! Henry has always been a pro in the treadmill and today Rocket joined him for his first ever session in the water!

Henry was a very good role model as Rocket took to the treadmill like a star, making them both deserving of the title this week⭐️

They are both such a pleasure to treat - keep up the good work!! We look forward to seeing Rocket progress in his underwater treadmill journey🚀

⭐️Star of the week - Gordon⭐️

This sassy little Norfolk Terrier is Gordon! He has been attending pool sessions at the centre since 2020 to help maintain his condition.

Over the years he has managed to build and maintain muscle within his hind limbs, alongside keeping up his fitness and perfect body condition score💪 He is a great example of how a maintenance plan really can help to manage a condition and allow dogs to continue to live an amazing quality of life even after having a diagnosis🩺

This wonderful rescue is Big Mac🍔!!

This little boy gave his owner a freight when he developed some new problems in his later years. However, with the implementation of a conservative management approach, Big Mac has managed to turn 16 years old this week!🎉

‼️ACCESS TO PARKING‼️

We would like to make you all aware that we currently have construction works occurring at one of the entrances to the car park (located in front of the centre).

Please note that there is access to this car park at the other side of the row of shops, as marked above. There is also suitable parking along Montrose Avenue within the marked bays.

We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused. If you have any concerns regarding parking please do not hesitate to contact us!

Really hope everyone is enjoying the sunshine!

Unfortunately it’s not always as enjoyable for our furry friends so we wanted to let everyone know that during heatwave conditions (over 29 degrees) we will not charge for late cancellations for physio or hydrotherapy.

If you feel that travel or pavement heat is too much for you beloved dog, please let us know and we will reschedule the appointment.

Always worth considering that brachycephalic (flat faced) breeds and senior and overweight dogs struggle to regulate their body temperature and we want everyone on 2 legs and 4 to have a happy and safe summertime.

⭐️Star of the week - Mishka⭐️

This gentle giant is Mishka! He is a Russian Black Terrier looking to represent his breed standard and, so far, he has been winning rosettes every weekend🏵️

He first started attending the centre nearly a year ago and he became an amazing swimmer in the pool! As his condition changed, the underwater treadmill started to become a more useful modality and now he has become stronger than ever💪 He is a good example that sometimes a shift in treatment plan is needed when a dogs condition starts to change🙌

We love your weekly visits and wet dog cuddles - keep making us proud!
