Chalky and Amber's owner sadly died in Bulgaria and they were about to be put on the street because the owners family wanted to sell the house and didn't want the dogs. AAI were told about it and stepped into help and they have been in foster in the UK for a while now. Sadly they can't stay in their foster any longer and we are looking for a forever home or foster home, either together, which is preferable or separately which is slightly sad. Chalky is a lovely boy who loves his humans and is full of fun and Amber is shy and reserved. Chalky loves his walks and travels well in the car but Amber is yet to venture out and would be happy with a nice garden. Chalky gets on well with most dogs but has an issue with one of the male dogs in the house. I found the most amazing home for the big old Shepherd posted a couple of days ago but sadly find it much harder to find for my own dogs. Can anyone offer for one or both of these dogs please. We were informed of this lovely big old boy in a bad situation as he had been rehomed a year ago to someone who lived in assisted living. He has been told that if he doesn't rehome this old boy he will be evicted. Sadly he was adopted here in 2016 and is an old boy. He has been assessed by Jenna Miller and he is a lovely gentle old thing who even lives with cat. His previous home had another dog too and he was rehomed as they lost their house, nothing he did. The rescue has been found and will fully back up but all they have his kennels which at this age is just not fair. We thought we had a Foster but they decided against it as he is 60 kilos and they were worried about garden stairs as his back legs aren't great. Please can anyone help who has a easy access garden he can potter in. He will be no bother and the rescue will pay anything he needs. He is currently in Essex, home checks apply

SOOOO.... IT'S MY BIRTHDAY ON SUNDAY AND AM THOROUGHLY DEPRESSED AS ONLY JUST REALISED AM NOT 28 ANYMORE. I AM NOT SURE WHAT HAPPENED AND I ONLY HAD A BIRTHDAY A MINUTE AGO ANYWAY. I AM NOW FAT AND OLD AND THERE IS CERTAINLY MORE BEHIND ME THAN I FRONT. I WOULD LIKE DO A LIFE ON MARS AND WAKE UP IN 1985...OH WELL... THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT GETTING MORE ANCIENT AND DECREPIT IS THAT I CAN FUNDRAISE FOR THE RESCUE... SOOO... IT'S MY BIRTHDAY AND THE RESCUE STILL HAS VET BILLS TOTALLY IN EXCESS OF £5000, THEY SEEM TO KEEP GROWING AS SOON AS YOU HAVE PAID SOME OFF.... So little Asher arrived at his foster home and couldn't be happier. Look at these beautiful photographs. He only arrived on Thursday but settled amazingly and is not as scared as we thought. Once out of the shelter he is blossoming. Thank you from Asher to everyone that helped him come.

My name is Karis and am very sad as no one wants to help me. I am told I was rescued from certain death in a horrible shelter in Romania. I thought this would mean I was heading for a happy life but alas I am stuck in another shelter waiting for a lifeline. I am told I need a Foster offer to get this but no one wants to help me as am a bit ugly but I think I am gorgeous. I am also jealous when other dogs get attention and am a bit bossy although I am in a shelter with tons of dogs although the shelter owner says am better as an only dog. Oh well..... Can anyone help me please. I don't want to be with cats or kids as they are smelly. I am small sized and approx 2 years old. Please PM me if you can please ease help me. Homecheck apply. UPDATE ON LITTLE BAXTER FOR ALL WHO DONATED TO HIM
Here's a couple of videos I have been sent. He's settled in so well with his human and doggy family and is loving life. I let my heart rule my head when I saw him and the other 5 dogs in Buzua and shouldn't really have taken them out financially but this makes it all worth it. Happy life Baxter.
