🌞🐾 Summer is here, let's keep our pets safe! 🐶🐱

Warmer weather means more opportunities to enjoy the outdoors with our furry friends, but it's also important to be aware of the risks that come with higher temperatures.

Here are a few simple ways to help keep your pet comfortable this summer:
💧 Always make sure they have access to fresh, clean water.
🌳 Walk dogs during the cooler parts of the day, early morning or later in the evening.
🚗 Never leave pets in a parked car, even for a few minutes.
🐾 Check the pavement with the back of your hand before heading out. If it's too hot for you, it's too hot for their paws.
🏡 Provide plenty of shade and somewhere cool to rest.

This brave boy was so well behaved for his procedure and took everything in his stride. We were so pleased to see him back to his usual self afterwards, full of beans as always! 💜

Bianca was an absolute superstar while she was with us for her spay, from the moment she arrived until she headed home for cuddles and recovery 🐾

Did you know that ginger female cats are quite rare? 🧡 While ginger cats are famous for their cheeky personalities, around 75–80% of ginger cats are male. That's because the gene responsible for orange fur is linked to the X chromosome, making ginger girls much less common than their male counterparts.

At just 4 months old, she's already incredibly well behaved and has the most adorable personality.

It's safe to say our head nurse, Cara, was completely smitten with this gorgeous girl! We can't wait to watch you grow, Melva! 💖
