📢Help us name our newest arrivals!!📢

Sadly these two were born in a garden after someone moved home, leaving their unneutered cats behind 😱 They are in a loving foster home now but they have some gentle socialisation ahead so we can see what kind of home they would suite and prefer. Tabby and white kitten is a boy, and the black kitten is a girl ❤️ Both are very nervous right now, but at least comfortable playing in front of people 🤞

We'd love it if our followers could give us a hand picking out names for them 👀

Basil is finally coming out of his shell and we couldn't be happier!

He still seeks some comfort under the bed with his cuddly toys, but he also finds his fosterer comforting, gives lots of kisses and is getting braver 🥹 he will make someone a very lovely companion cat in a quiet home 🤞

Thank you to those following his journey and to our amazing fosterer who has been fantastic at building this relationship with him!

Piano is having a lovely time in her adoptive home, and her new family have been in touch to let us know just how wonderfully she’s doing! 🥰

Now called Mia, she has settled beautifully into her new home and is getting on brilliantly with her big sister, Gemma. The two are happily playing, chasing each other around and snoozing near one another.

Mia is growing in confidence every day, enjoying plenty of playtime, zoomies and cuddles. She’s even started curling up beside her new family for afternoon naps! 🥹

We’re so happy to hear that Piano has found her happy ever after. ❤️

Look how our beautiful kittens are doing 😍

Woody, Buzz, Bo Peep and Jessie have reached their velociraptor stage and we couldn't be more thrilled!

To get these 4 ready for rehoming will cost around £1000 in total 😱 thats £250 each for neutering, microchipping, vaccinations, flea and worm treatment.

Despite Pringle's ongoing coughing and sickness, his most recent diagnostic tests haven’t been able to tell us what is causing him to be unwell. Our vets now recommend multiple X-rays under sedation to investigate further, and we have been quoted £472.55 for this next step 😱

So far, Pringle’s treatment and investigations have cost us £767.14, and we’re now facing another significant vet bill with further rehoming costs still to come!

As a small independent branch without funding from the national RSPCA, we rely on donations and our 2 charity shops to help us provide the care our cats need. We desperately want to get to the bottom of what is making Pringle so poorly and give him the treatment he needs.

Please welcome Rio, our newest arrival at RSPCA South London!

Rio is a lovely boy around 1–2 years old who was sadly dumped outside a vets. He has had a bit of a wait before coming into our care while we tried to find him a foster space, but he is finally here and settling in with one of our wonderful fosterers 💙

Unfortunately, summer can be a particularly difficult time for us, as many of our fosterers are away on holiday. This means we have fewer foster spaces available for cats who need our help 😭

Could you help us change that? We are always looking for more fosterers to give cats like Rio a safe, loving place to stay while they wait for their forever homes.
