Parisian Carrots - these are a French heirloom, and grow a little like a radish! Theyre still popular in France, where there are clay rich soils, and that's why weve given them a go, our soil is a heavy clay, so roots can find it hard to work their way through, but not these little nippers!

The Highland Burgundy Red potato. Sweet and fluffy and they're so delicious. We roasted them up last night and woweeeee they are good.
Largely a forgotten variety and seldom available as it yields quite low compared to the yellow tatties, but when it tastes this good and looks stunning, then we're all about it and they'll be one of our staple potatoes in our future growing from now
