But he’s spending Christmas with his lovely family 🙂
So he came over for a pre-Christmas sleepover, and now everyone is happy:)

We prepared a special treats menu for the occasion:
dried beef, raw and cooked eggs, Christmas cookies, pigs in blankets, duck fillets, and cocktail sausages. Yum!

🏇 I signed up for a show jumping competition.
The plan? To break the world record!
The only thing I forgot to mention… I’m not actually a horse. 🐶

The event was in Surrey, so I booked a few nights at Agnes & Pavel’s — some days before the competition to prepare, and a few after to recover. After all, my family will want to celebrate my huge success with piles of dog treats! (Not horse treats, just to be clear.)

Anyway, back to the story! When I showed up for the trials, it turned out… surprise! I wasn’t a horse. Of course I’m not! Isn’t that obvious?!
So unfortunately, my participation was politely declined.

As a consolation, Agnes & Pavel took me to a gorgeous park where I could finally show off my real jumping skills. I have a feeling there’s a consolation prize waiting for me — and I bet it’s delicious. 🦴✨

NASA called — they want their flying object back 🛸
Some people might think that after 20 years of walking dogs, this job — like any other — could get boring.
But working with animals is the best thing there is. After 20 years together, there isn’t a single day when we don’t laugh, when we don’t say to each other, “Look! Look what they’re doing!”, when we don’t mess around with them or imitate their funny little quirks — each one so different.
We love you, our little crazies!
