Red light therapy isn't a one-session fix. Here's what actually happens over 30 days. 🐾The science behind photobiomodulation is cumulative. Each session supports your pet's cells β€” but the effects build on each other. Most owners report noticing a difference within 2–3 weeks of daily use, with the clearest changes showing around the 6–8 week mark.

15 minutes a day. That's it.

Week 1–2: your pet gets used to the routine. Most settle quickly.
Week 3–4: the consistency starts to show. Less stiffness, more willingness to move.
Beyond that: daily care becomes something they actually look forward to.

This is why we built PawMoves around a daily routine β€” not an occasional treatment. The wrap is designed to be used every day, on the sofa, without thinking about it.

And if you try it for 30 days and don't see a difference? We have a 30-day return policy. No hoops.

Try the routine. See for yourself. πŸ•

Cat owners β€” this one's for you. 🐱
Most pet wellness content talks about dogs. But red light therapy works for cats too β€” and the research backs it up.

The American Animal Hospital Association's 2022 Pain Management Guidelines include photobiomodulation as a recommended non-pharmacological option for chronic pain in both dogs and cats. It's the same cellular mechanism: red and near-infrared light supports the body's natural repair processes, helps reduce inflammation, and eases discomfort β€” without medication, without stress, without a vet trip.

Cats are actually well-suited to it. They tend to settle quickly, and many owners report visible relaxation within the first few minutes of a session.

PawMoves Restore works for cats too. 15 minutes, at home, draped gently over them while they're already resting. 🐾

One vet rehab session averages $75–$150. And most dogs need it weekly. 🐾
PawMoves Restore is $179. One time.

15 minutes a day, at home, on the sofa β€” red light therapy and vibration massage, every day if you want.

We're not saying skip the vet. Clinic care matters. PawMoves is what happens in between β€” the daily support that doesn't require a booking, a drive, or a co-pay.

Once a week at a clinic. Every day at home. That's the combination. πŸ•

Red light therapy isn't new. Vets have been using it in clinics for decades. πŸ”¬
It's called Photobiomodulation Therapy (PBMT) β€” also known as cold laser or therapeutic laser. Red and near-infrared light delivered into tissue to support cellular repair, reduce inflammation, and ease discomfort. Non-invasive. No sedation required.

Peer-reviewed research going back to 1980 covers its use in dogs, cats, and horses. It's used in veterinary rehabilitation, sports medicine, and general practice worldwide.

The only problem? Clinic sessions are expensive, infrequent, and hard to do consistently. And consistency is exactly what makes it work.

PawMoves Restore brings the same wavelengths β€” 660nm and 850nm β€” home. Daily sessions, on the sofa, in a wrap your dog actually settles into.

The technology existed. We just made it accessible. 🐾

How do you actually use PawMoves Restore? 🐾 We get this question a lot β€” so here's the full breakdown, step by step.

Clip the magnetic controller onto the pad, secure it on your pet with the straps (or just drape it over them β€” both work), and you're already halfway there.

Power on by long-pressing M for 3 seconds. Pair the remote the same way. Then set your red light level β€” Low is best for first sessions β€” and pick a massage mode. There are 6 to choose from, with 19 intensity levels. Start gentle and work up from there.

Then? Just let them rest. πŸ₯Ή

Most pets settle within the first few minutes. A daily session of 10–15 minutes is all it takes. Do it consistently and it stops being a "session" β€” it becomes the thing they come and nudge you for.

Unbox to first session: under 3 minutes. We timed it.

πŸ‘‡ Already tried it? Tell us how your first session went in the comments!

There's a moment a lot of pet owners know. 🐾
When your dog takes a little longer to get up in the morning. When the stairs get skipped. When the walk ends earlier than it used to.

It's not dramatic. It's quiet. And it's one of the harder parts of having an older pet β€” because they never tell you how they're feeling.

Does your dog or cat show any of these signs?
πŸ• Slow to get moving after rest
πŸ• Reluctant to climb stairs or jump up
πŸ• Shorter walks than they used to enjoy
πŸ• Stiffness that seems worse in the mornings

If yes β€” you're not alone. Drop a comment and tell us about your pet. Name, age, breed β€” we'd love to know who they are. πŸ₯Ή
