Room in your heart for two absolute darlings?
✨ COULD YOU BE THE SPECIAL SOMEONE PEGGY SUE & LUCY ARE WAITING FOR? ✨
These two precious foster sisters have both had a rocky start to life, but they are completely ready to fill a lucky home with endless entertainment, purrs, and double the love!
🐱 Quick Facts
• The Duo: Best friends and foster sisters looking for a home together (or Peggy Sue can be adopted as an individual only-cat).
• Peggy Sue: Beautiful, slightly long-haired black coat with a white toe (which she’s very proud of); sweet, cuddly, and initially a little shy.
• Lucy: A little younger but the same size; an adorable, affectionate, cheeky "firecracker" full of mischief and love.
• Household Needs: Older children or adults only (no young families); a safe, secure garden is required.
• Health: Both are microchipped, neutered, and vaccinated. Peggy Sue is a carrier of the cat flu virus which sometimes may flare up (see below for further info).
💖 About Peggy Sue
My name is Peggy Sue! I had a bit of a rough start in life, but I am learning to relax and enjoy life every single day. I adore attention, love being stroked, and will reward you with adorable purrs during chin rubs! I love playing and wrestling with my foster sister Lucy. I have the sweetest, softest little meow, and I love nothing more than a good cuddle. Every morning, I get so excited to see you and start our day together!
💥 About Lucy
I'm Lucy, a little firecracker! The minute I hear you enter the room, I am up to greet you and ready to play. I am your ultimate little shadow and want to know absolutely everything going on in the house! Because I was separated from my mother very early, I am still learning how to be in "polite society" and tend to play-bite when I get excited. I mean absolutely no harm by it—it is just my kitten way of trying to play! I am an absolute darling who is super affectionate and will fill your heart with joy. I love cuddling up to you by finding a cosy spot inside your housecoat or hoody and falling asleep on you.
👯♀️ Why We Are the Perfect Pair
We are the absolute best of friends and love playing together! Lucy's high energy perfectly complements my sweet nature. Even better, since we already live together, adopting us as a duo is completely safe for my health needs! It allows me to have a lifelong playmate without exposing any new, unknown cats to my flu virus. We are ready to bring double the joy, love, and entertainment to your household!
🏡 Our Ideal Home
To help us both thrive, our forever home needs to meet these criteria:
• We must be adopted together, OR Peggy Sue must be adopted as an only cat. We cannot live in the same house with other cats due to Peggy Sue's virus.
• Household: Older children or adults only. Lucy's occasional play-biting and my need for a predictable environment mean young families are not suitable.
• Lucy needs a patient person who won't be deterred by her play-biting and will give her gentle direction as she grows.
• We both require a safe garden space to explore and burn off our kitten energy.
🩺 Health & Care
Peggy Sue is a carrier of the cat flu virus. Most of the time, she is a normal, vibrant girl! However, stress or big changes can cause temporary flare-ups.
• What to Expect: During a flare-up, Peggy Sue might get a runny nose, watery eyes, or a sneeze. When that happens all she needs is a little extra TLC, a calm routine, and occasionally a quick vet check.
