That's why I've designed my Puppy Package specifically for puppies aged 3 to 6 months, with four gentle, one-to-one sessions that gradually introduce them to the salon, grooming equipment, sounds and handling at their own pace.

Rather than rushing into a full groom, I focus on building trust, developing your puppy’s confidence and helping them feel safe and relaxed throughout their visits.

While my home salon is designed for calm, one-to-one appointments, I'm also happy to welcome dogs from the same household together.

For dogs who are used to being together, having a familiar companion nearby can help make their grooming visit feel a little more relaxed. And even when they're visiting together, I still make sure each dog gets the individual care, time and attention they need, working at a pace that suits them.

A fresh autumn trim for lovely Tani! 💙

As we head further into autumn, keeping on top of regular grooming is especially important for longer coats like Tani’s.

Damp weather and muddy walks can make knots and tangles more likely, so keeping the coat at a manageable length makes looking after it at home that little bit easier.

When it comes to looking after your dog's ears, not all ear cleaning products do the same job.

Both Otodine® and Otoact® are part of the Nextmune range, but they're designed for slightly different purposes.

💙 Otodine® contains chlorhexidine and Tris-EDTA and is designed to support ear hygiene and regular cleaning.
💙 Otoact® is formulated to help soften and loosen wax and debris, making it useful when ears need a more thorough clean.

Graduation Day for Clover! 🎓🐾

After completing all four sessions of my Puppy Package, lovely Clover has officially graduated!

Across her visits, Clover has had the opportunity to experience different parts of the grooming process gradually, from getting used to the salon and equipment to being handled and spending time on the grooming table.

Taking things step by step gives puppies the chance to learn that grooming can be a calm and positive experience, without expecting too much from them too soon.

It’s been so rewarding watching Clover become more familiar and comfortable with each session, and she now has some great foundations in place for her future grooms. 💙

Curly coats need a little extra maintenance at this time of year! 🍂

Ted recently joined me in the salon for his regular groom, taking his gorgeous curls back to a shorter, more manageable length while keeping his face soft and full of character.

For curly coats like Ted’s, regular appointments are especially important as we head into the colder months, helping to keep on top of knots and tangles and making brushing at home much easier between grooms.
