Our break is almost over. Can you feel the words slowly returning? 💜

✨ THE WORD ZOO IS BACK ✨

After our summer break, we’re returning to The Others on Thursday 3rd September for a new season of poetry, live music, open mic performances, featured acts, unexpected moments and all the wonderful energy that makes The Word Zoo what it is ⚡️

We’ve missed the room.
We’ve missed the words.
We’ve missed all of you.

And soon, we’ll be bring poetry, music and vibes back to Stoke Newington on the first Thursday of the month.

The first of our featured artists for next month’s Word Zoo is officially here…

🎤 OLLIE 🎤

is a poet and white van man. After being on the scene for a couple years now he’s well versed in making audiences laugh with his witty rhymes and, question their world views by taking them on a journey through the deep holes he digs in his own head. You never know where you’ll end up but it’s always fun.

One moment you’ll be laughing. The next you’ll be questioning your worldview.

You never quite know where Ollie’s poetry will take you but it’s always an enjoyable journey.

Lil Tyger and felt it was the only acceptable thing to to, and tell you your rights to join us at the next gathering of the Zoo. Thursday 7th May at .
