To help us make sure your pet’s medication is ready when you need it, please allow at least 3–5 working days’ notice for ALL medication requests — including flea and worm treatments.

💊 All medications need to be authorised by a Vet or RVN, depending on the medication.

📦 Not everything is kept in stock, so some medications may need to be ordered in and can take a little longer to arrive.

📅 Planning ahead helps us avoid any delays and ensures your pet doesn’t run out of their medication.

We really appreciate your understanding and your help in keeping your pet’s care running smoothly. 🐶🐱💚

👂🐾 Ear mites – tiny pests, big irritation! 🐾👂

Ear mites can cause lots of itching, head shaking and that tell-tale dark, waxy debris in your pet’s ears. They’re more common in cats and can spread easily between animals.

If your pet is constantly scratching their ears or shaking their head, it’s worth getting those ears checked!
