**VERY IMPORTANT update for anyone who travels to the EU with their pet using an EU pet passport.**

We have been informed that from the 22nd April 2026 the EU will no longer be accepting EU Pet Passports as a valid form of documentation for entry to the EU, from residents of Great Britain.

Instead, all residents of Great Britain will require an Animal Health Certificate (AHC) issued by their vet for each trip, the same as has been required since Brexit for those individuals without EU Pet Passports.

Please note, this appears to be a change in EU’s rules, not from the UK. See the link below.

If any if our clients are likely to be affected by this and will need an AHC issuing please contact us with as much notice as possible (ideally 4-6 weeks notice when feasible) so we can do our best to ensure the appropriate documentation can be arranged and to minimise the risk of disruption of travel plans. This can not always be done at short notice, especially if Rabies vaccination needs repeating.

The changes apply to non-commercial movements of dogs, cats and ferrets

Good afternoon,
Does anyone recognise this handsome boy? He’s a black and white, entire male which has been seen around the Hounslow TW3 area for the last month or so.
He really is a lovely boy, and he must belong to someone.
The collar was put on by the finder with a note to say he’s been found, but he didn’t present with a collar on originally.
If you or anyone you know recognises this delicious boy please give us a call on 0208 898 0008 🥰
