Hot meals & hampers for homeless people / owners of dogs including hygiene products, scarves, gloves, blankets and more ❤️

Any left over donations will be given to the Charities I’m working alongside and charities that provide the pets with veterinary care.

⚠️ PELASE SHARE ⚠️

I’m Laura and I am raising money to support homeless people and their dogs to get through these winter months as well free grooming for the dogs.

After a previous and successful charity event I am holding another through my dog grooming business - Smoochie Poochie.
It is the coldest time of the year right now and will continue to be over the next couple of months and I cannot help but feel compassion for those that are on the street, and also the doggies that are also living on the street or even in shelters.

Last time I was lucky enough to work alongside some amazing shelters for humans and doggies where I offered free grooms for all homeless and sheltered dogs that I was able to meet as well as offering hampers that included jumpers, coats, treats, toys, shampoos & sanitary stuff such as ear and hygiene cleaners. I also provided their owners who were also in shelters and on the street with hampers including things such as deodorant, shower gel, scarves, gloves, tampons, hairbrushes, tweezers, nail cutters etc.

Some donations even came from wonderful people who took time of out of their busy lives to knit things such as dog jumpers, scarves, gloves and more donations were made from businesses too. The response was overwhelming and made so many people & their doggies happy, fresh and clean!

So I have decided to do it again this year and really hope for another success and with your support I’m hoping that it will be!

Any donation is a donation and will help towards providing these things and anything that’s over budget just like last time will be split evenly to be donated to dogs shelters and to organisations who provide treatment and surgery for these dogs when they become poorly.

If you are unable to donate it’s no problem but please do share this post on social media and to friends and family to get the word across and do our best for our gorgeous furry little friends and those suffering through these very cold times.
