Horse got a little pamper after his stay with us so he could go home all fresh and clean 🥹 Even though he’s ALWAYS super excited and happy (and rarely sits still), he was a very good and patient boy while our lovely groomer Aaron worked some magic on him!

Fresh from the Salon: Horse. Hotel guest, bubble hat enthusiast 🛁

He’s been boarding with us this week and going home today, so his bath is timed for just before check-out. Home squeaky clean, no wet dog in the car.

If your dog has a Hotel stay coming up, add a salon visit request* when you book online and ask for it towards the end of the stay. That’s the trick to a clean dog on collection day.

The salon runs Tuesday to Saturday, so there are never appointments on a Sunday or Monday. Plan the bath around that.

Meet Keian, one of our Night Guardians, or as she puts it, basically Batman 🦇 Over a year in and her job is watching over every dog in the building overnight, dishing out cuddles, food, meds and generally saving the night. Her method for a calm Hotel? Dog music on repeat, cuddles in the huts, and a lot of calm energy. Her nights run on Red Bull and TikTok, obviously.

Her favourite nights are when every dog sleeps soundly through till morning, though Max the Frenchie snores the place down and Fáfnir the Keeshond is always the last to give in. The client dogs she’d smuggle home are Boris the Spaniel and Percy the Glen of Imaal. Off shift she’s a self-confessed introvert, deeply devoted to The Weeknd, and most likely on the PS5 or at the cinema spending money she doesn’t have!
