Hello there! I'm Pip, and I run Wags and Whiskers from the sunny Llantwit Major. I live in the lovely Llantwit Major with my human and pet family.

🐾 Please get in touch for availability and prices 🐾 I love visiting pets in their own home and take great joy in embarking on adventures, exploring the amazing local fields and beaches with my furry companions. Rain or shine, I love discovering new places, covering Llantwit Major and surrounding areas. I am a proud owner of Cadi, an adorable King Charles Spaniel, as well as two cheeky moggies - Ollie and Boo. After a long career of looking after humans as a registered nurse, I decided to also follow my other great passion - pets and pups. I pride myself on offering solo walks only unless you already have more than one pup in your family - ensuring that your furry friend gets all the attention and adventures they deserve.

I am fully DBS checked and insured so rest assured that your companion is in capable hands.

The other side of dog walking that the ‘fair weather walkers’ don’t see is the wet and windy days when although I wear head to toe waterproofs, the rain blows in diagonally through my hood and soaks the already soaked! It’s cold 🥶. But I wouldn’t change it for the world, the dogs still have the best time and there is not a soul in sight, so we can be free to charge around to our hearts content. 😌. This is actually my favourite time of the year. ❤️

Dog walking isn’t just about exercise, it’s about making new friends and building relationships - I just love watching the dogs bonding and they genuinely look forward to seeing each other and having fun. I see them chattering to each other and wish I could earwig! 🤪

Lovely Jonny came to stay for his trial night for boarding. Safe to say he passed the test ☺️ What an absolute pleasure you are, gentle giant, calm and the kids are in love. We are looking forward to having you to stay for your holidays. ⭐️

It’s Fri-yay again. The week goes by so fast. Surprisingly warm and sunny- I had stripped out waterproofs into shorts by lunchtime, definitely not complaining ☺️. Thank you to the wonderful Tams trails for helping (with the Budster). It’s always great to have other walker pals to bounce off as it can be quite a lonely job at times. Here’s a Fri-yay cheer to all dog walkers muddling (with purpose) through the week 🥳
